Karmabephoto.com is owned and operated by KarmaBe Photography LLC. All content including but not limited to graphic design and layout, creative design and logos are owned or licensed by KarmaBe Photography LLC and are protected by United States and International copyright laws relating to intellectual property rights.

Visiting, browsing, viewing images, and searching on Karmabephoto.com is free of charge. The individual may elect to purchase digital copies or photographic prints for their own personal use (as defined below). The individual may not use or reproduce a photographic print or digital image in such a manner as to suggest an affiliation with or endorsement by any product, person or entity that is not affiliated with the individual.

Digital Images 

All digital images this website and subsequent computer network have been licensed to KarmaBe Photography LLC for worldwide sales and distribution by the photographer who created the digital image. All of these images are protected by United States and International copyright laws and may not be reproduced for commercial use without expressed written consent.

Digital copies of images purchased from Karmabephoto.com or KarmaBe Photography LLC are intended for personal use only. Digital images may not be used for any type of commercial use (as defined below) without the prior written consent of KarmaBe Photography LLC.

The individual may use the image(s) (digital copies and physical photographic prints) they purchase from karmabephoto.com or KarmaBe Photography LLC for personal and noncommercial use at home. Additional Terms 

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any claim or proceeding arising under or otherwise concerning this Agreement shall exclusively be brought in the federal or local courts for the State of Utah and the individual consents to personal jurisdiction in these courts. In the event that KarmaBe Photography LLC is the prevailing party in any such action, the individual agrees to be responsible for complete payment of KarmaBe Photography LLC's reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.
